Deep in the leafy suburbs of Wake Forest, North Carolina, a rather refined T-Rex is refusing to go extinct. Armed with a teacup in one tiny claw and a saddle-stitch awl in the other, BinoSaur Creations brings a dash of British eccentricity to the ancient art of leathercraft.

Every single piece that leaves our workshop is born the old-fashioned way: entirely by hand, entirely from scratch, and entirely without the intervention of machines that would frankly ruin the fun. We select the finest full-grain leathers, hand-cut every pattern, hand-carve and hand-stamp every intricate design (or, when the client desires a touch of modern mischief, we let our laser etcher add its perfectly precise flourish), and then stitch everything together with the same waxed linen thread and two-needle saddle stitch that has held saddles and sails together for centuries.

From minimalist wallets that slip into the pocket of the sharpest suit, to cross-body bags that turn heads on both sides of the Atlantic; from leather-bound journals that feel like they belong in a Victorian explorer’s satchel, to tiny hand-stitched triceratops and roses that bloom forever; every creation carries a pinch of prehistoric flair and a proper dollop of humour. Because quality never goes extinct – and neither does good taste.
